You raised a good point indeed. I have been wondering what kind of workforce our schools are producing in a country suffering from lack of quality and creativity.Recently the govt. has implimented a COC exam and only few could manage to pass.I think such moments of truth tell we have lots of fake CVs in our shelves.Surprising yet true our educational institutions contribute abundantly for the mediocre workforce we see in the market.By the way I have long ago withdrawn my self from such places of "knowledge" to keep my sanity. At least I have to be honest for myself...

Thanks for the clarification. What do you think about the money collected by these 'ministers'? How about their expensive lifestyle?

what i mean is dear, every time we would like to do something in a positive way but it might not right ... that means promoting urslef , or doing you event , organizing your events we need to follow not only our heart , we need to follow rules, regulations and we need to focus on community. When we do something it might relate to the other persons rights or people. So God need excellence in every direction, sometimes it doesn't havtn't to post so many papers to call peoples. There r ways to promote events not only just posting banners and flayers and posters, we need to think about teh beauty of the City. So when i mention thi sword i just like to say about doing in a professional ways and derejawen tebeko , higen akebero , ye lalochin mebet tebeko meseraten lemalet new... your right , when i read my post back , yeah hard to understand even for me lol so thank you so much if i m wrong , sorry , God bless u

Choosing between coffee and books would prove difficult for me. I so love the cafes in Addis!! However, you did make me think...it is the same thing here in Nairobi. One can buy a book at a street stall for KSh 100 to 200 which is about the price of a coffee at a fancy cafe.

Nice read,You have a solid point. all the things you mentioned are norms in Addis.
We always have a room for improvement though... if we are ready to learn and change.
